CoinRaces Statistics

CoinPoker provides a weekly prize pool of 1.2 million dollars to the CoinRaces leaderboards. This is divided between 8 races; micro, low, mid and high for both NLH and PLO. They renew every two hours or every hour for micro stakes, which means 120 races per day, 840 races per week.

At the end of a 1h or 2h window, everyone who finishes above the cut gets a prize that equals a certain rakeback percentage. Everyone above the cut gets the same percentage, but the percentage varies depending on the prize allocated to that window and how much the players above the cut have raked. The highest rakeback percentage would come from a high allocated prize and low traffic.

The tables below show the average rakeback for each of these windows, in each race. There is no way of knowing in advance what it will be but the statistics from previous leaderboards may give us an idea of what to expect – especially where we see strong patterns.

These numbers are from the leaderboards only. Now that the flat rakeback is gone the CoinRaces are a larger part of the total rakeback, but there are still Infused Splash Pots, Bankroll Boosts, and/or Poker Missions (the impact of these aren’t clear to me yet). 

I’ve collected these statistics from the previous leaderboards that are available to everyone inside the app. I will endeavor to update them weekly – you can find info on latest update and data size under each table.

At the bottom of the page you’ll find the historical payout structures, alongside the overall average for each tier and month.

The payout structure and/or prize pools changed on May 1st, June 1st, July 1st and August 1st. Now updated with data from the first week of August!
